Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only, across all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Is there an order cutoff time?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at support@evansnovapinnaclejb.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing we may be unable to change it.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Email support@evansnovapinnaclejb.com to start a return — we reply within 1 business day with instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. All payments are processed over an encrypted (SSL) connection; we never store your full card number.
